Can I skip an activity to stay at the desk?
Always. Every activity is optional. Markets move, so join when you can and rejoin the group for dinner.
How reliable is the internet, really?
We test speed and stability on site before we book, and every room has a 4G/5G failover. The shared trading room also has power backup.
I'm travelling solo. Do I have to share a room?
No. Take a single room (+$390), or choose twin share and we'll pair you with another trader of the same gender.
What happens if the trip doesn't reach 6 traders?
We confirm the departure by the balance date. If we don't reach 6 traders, you get a full refund of your deposit, or you can move to another date.
Can I bring my partner who doesn't trade?
Yes, and they pay the same rate. While you're in a session, they can join the evening market walks or the spa.
